The Essay Contest is part of a number of programs from the National Right to Life Committee that is molding and empowering the future leaders of the pro-life movement, such as the NRL Academy, NRLC Internships, the NRLC Oratory Contest, the Video Contest, and a host of pro-life leadership camps that are held by state and local affiliates.The Essay Contest is sponsored by Optimist International to give young people the opportunity to write about their own opinions regarding the world in which they live. The approach can encompass a young person’s personal experience, the experience of their country or a more historical perspective.Essay Contest Rules Each contestant must be given a copy of the rules and complete the entry form.
